Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manufacturing Engineer to optimize our manufacturing processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and utilize your technical expertise to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing engineering principles, process optimization, and project management.



Responsibilities:

1. Creating & issuing of the repair work orders in Oracle system for inspection and repair.

2. Preparing of the scope of work and costing estimation

3. Support new product development and introduction.

4. Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

5. Manage special projects to enhance manufacturing efficiency and productivity.

6. Providing technical guidance to operational teams being sure that all the requirements of engineering docs are reported in execution

7. Health, Environment and Safety compliance





Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering

- Proven experience as a Manufacturing Engineer.

- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, including machining, assembly, and automation.

- Proficient in engineering software and tools such as CAD, CAM, and statistical analysis software.

- Familiarity with quality management systems and Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma methodologies.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and project management abilities.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Continuous learning mindset.
