Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manufacturing Engineer to optimize our manufacturing processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and utilize your technical expertise to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing engineering principles, process optimization, and project management.
Responsibilities:

Creating & issuing of the repair work orders in Oracle system for inspection and repair.
2
Preparing of the scope of work and costing estimation
3
Support new product development and introduction.
4
Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
5
Manage special projects to enhance manufacturing efficiency and productivity.
6
Providing technical guidance to operational teams being sure that all the requirements of engineering docs are reported in execution
7
Health, Environment and Safety compliance
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering
- Proven experience as a Manufacturing Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, including machining, assembly, and automation.
- Proficient in engineering software and tools such as CAD, CAM, and statistical analysis software.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and project management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Continuous learning mindset.
