Supply Chain Specialist

Are you energized by solving complex supply challenges and keeping high-tech products moving? We're seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented supply chain professional to support semiconductor and memory components for sustaining ### networking products.

In this role, you will be central to materials management, supply health monitoring, and procurement executionensuring continuity of supply in a fast-paced, high-complexity environment. You'll collaborate closely with suppliers, distributors, manufacturing partners, and internal teams to solve problems, improve processes, and maintain supply flow.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of end-to-end component supply chains and can proactively manage risk while optimizing cost. Using data-driven insights, you'll identify issues, recommend solutions, and execute strategies that strengthen overall supply health.

• Develop and lead fulfillment strategies across suppliers, distributors/3PLs, ODM/CM partners, and internal teams
• Design and execute effective inventory management approaches to optimize supply and improve inventory turns
• Monitor supply health and inventory levels; identify risks and implement mitigation plans
• Resolve component shortages quickly by coordinating with suppliers, procurement, engineering, and operations
• Support supplier collaboration and co-planning (CPFR), including building and maintaining reporting tools and dashboards
• Own supply reporting, including dashboards, shortage updates, and executive-level summaries
• Execute procurement activities such as purchase order management, lead time tracking, and supplier engagement
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, forecast risks, and drive strategic decisions
• Contribute to cost reduction and continuous process improvement initiatives

• Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, complex formulas, data analysis/modeling)
• Experience in materials management, demand planning, supply chain operations, or procurement
• Strong understanding of component-level supply chains, preferably in high-tech hardware
• Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience with semiconductor or memory component management
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Background in networking, server, or hardware manufacturing environments
• Demonstrated process improvement mindset with experience driving operational efficiency
