Sr. Sales Incentive Plan Analyst:
Pay Rate: $56.00/hour
Sales Compensation Analyst with finance skills as opposed to general compensation focus. Excel-based skills needed and important, good communication and analytic skills, EverStage system for Sales Compensation System; aptitude for system configuration. Team of 3 members. Hybrid - 3 days a week in office. 2 weeks of training in office daily.
• Incentive Processing & Accuracy
- Calculate sales incentive accruals and payments according to close timelines.
- Ensure accurate, timely sales incentives processing and adherence to plan design and policies.
- Conduct audits to validate sales incentives, data integrity, and compliance.
• Reporting & Insights
- Deliver periodic compensation statements, dashboards, and analytics to sales teams and leadership.
- Provide adhoc reporting related to sales incentives, performance trends, and plan effectiveness.
- Compile and analyze data from multiple systems to support metrics, forecasting, and modeling.
• CrossFunctional Support
- Partner with Compensation, Finance, Sales Operations, Accounting, and Payroll to support plan administration, modeling, and process requirements.
- Provide data and impact analysis for escalated inquiries related to sales incentives, policies, and plan terms.
- Support communications to the field on compensation, system usage, and process updates.
• Process Improvement
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance automation, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
- Contribute inputs for the design and rollout of new or revised incentive plans. Provide Ad Hoc reporting support for requests relating to the sales incentive program
Specialized Knowledge/Skills:

Specialized Knowledge/Skills:
- Experience supporting a national sales organization (100+ reps preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Processoriented and skilled in project management and problem solving.
- Excellent communication and customerservice mindset.
- Ability to collaborate across levels and functions in a fastpaced environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy; strong auditing capabilities.
- Advanced Excel skills; proficiency with Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience handling confidential information with discretion.
- Salesforce.com experience preferred.
- Experience administering sales incentive or variable compensation programs.
- Demonstrated ability to build crossfunctional partnerships and work independently.
- Proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and execute in a dynamic sales environment.
