About the Team:
At ***, our Talent Acquisition team is on a mission to revolutionize candidate engagement and set a new industry standard. We focus on creating exceptional candidate experiences, fostering equitable processes, and ensuring every interaction moves us closer to building a diverse and talented support organization.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure participation and collaboration throughout the recruiting process, including strategy meetings, sourcing sessions, and panel coordination.
  • Proactively assess recruiting performance metrics such as offers report, time in stage, and conversion rates.
  • Maintain strong communication with candidates, aligning expectations and providing a positive experience from initial contact through onboarding.
  • Understand candidates' skill sets and how they align with broader team goals.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to develop accurate job descriptions and inform effective hiring strategies based on team insights and required competencies.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience managing full-cycle high-volume recruiting.
  • Proven ability to own the recruitment process from sourcing to closing.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience partnering with and influencing senior-level business leaders.
  • Knowledge of ICIMS or other applicant tracking systems.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills.
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment (T/W/Th in-office, M/F remote, 8AM-5PM).
