Location: San Antonio, TX 78229
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Some days may flex to 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 9:30 AM–6:30 PM
Pay Rate: $33.70 per hour
Job Summary
Under general supervision, the Human Resources Coordinator assists with organizing, coordinating, and executing Human Resources department projects and processes. This role supports HR operations, compliance tracking, training coordination, and development programs while providing high-quality service to internal stakeholders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support HR by tracking regulatory and mandatory training compliance and delivering weekly reports using Excel and other data tools
- Provide Level 1 technical support to learners for training completion through the Learning Management System (LMS) in partnership with the LMS Specialist
- Manage the assessment process for leadership development programs, including sending assessment links, tracking completions, and following up with participants
- Coordinate training logistics by scheduling sessions, securing venues, preparing course materials, managing invitations, and maintaining training records and calendars
- Perform other duties as assigned to support HR initiatives and departmental objectives

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required
Experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of related Human Resources experience required

- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders
- Business Acumen: Ability to understand and apply information to support organizational strategy

- HR Expertise: Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and effective human resource management
