As a Recruitment Coordinator, you'll be instrumental in bringing on top talent, maintaining our company culture as we grow quickly, and establishing processes to keep everything running smoothly. If this sounds like you, read on!

You'll also:

  • Manage scheduling for interview loops and related recruiting events
  • Be knowledgeable about our business and ready to answer HR-related questions (benefits, compensation, etc.)
  • Be comfortable working with data; running reports (including ad hoc) weekly
  • Spread the "transportation company love by attending networking events and e-meetups
  • Collaborate closely with our recruitment team to improve programs and develop innovative strategies for attracting top talent

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of prior scheduling experience, including high-volume calendar management
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent customer service mindset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
