Equipment Operator
Location: Midland, TX
Pay Rate: $22/hour
Contract: 6 months (with strong potential for extension or full-time hire)
Shifts Available: Day Shift (1 opening) | Night Shift (1 opening)
On-site position – 100% onsite

Join Our Equipment Operator Team!
As an Equipment Operator, you’ll play a key role in supporting manufacturing operations by operating and maintaining essential machinery. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with equipment and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and monitor various production equipment under direct supervision

Operate machinery such as rewinders, cover lines, braiders, plastic extruders, and packaging units

Manage multiple machines simultaneously, build reels, and operate forklifts as needed

Perform pipe repair, patching, and splicing

Support quality control and assurance activities in alignment with engineering and ISO standards
