Bank Loan Analyst I
Bank Loan Oversight and Administration Analyst
Position Summary
The Bank Loan Oversight and Administration Analyst supports the ***** Bank Loan Team, a global investment organization offering a full suite of investment products to institutional and retail investors. This role partners closely with portfolio management and investment teams, providing support across reporting, trade support, and settlement activities while ensuring data quality and operational integrity.
Key Responsibilities

Produce and deliver scheduled reporting for internal stakeholders, including investment teams, reporting team members, and Legal and Compliance.

Collaborate with team members to provide high-quality service to internal and external clients and service providers.

Support traders by ensuring all trading activity is accurately and timely entered in support of ISSM products.

Partner with the trade closing team to coordinate and facilitate trade settlement activities.

Act as a liaison between traders, trade counterparties, and agent banks.

Maintain data quality and integrity for critical business information supporting Bank Loan clients.

Perform data mining and analysis using multiple internal and external data sources.
Required Experience and Knowledge

2+ years of relevant professional experience preferred.

Familiarity with bonds and bond settlement processes preferred.

Understanding of the security and loan markets, including LMA and fund operations, preferred.

Experience in a reporting or product oversight role is a plus.

Experience within the investment management industry is a plus.
Required Skills and Attributes

Strong attention to detail with a high commitment to accuracy.

Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.

Ability to analyze data and present findings in a clear and meaningful way.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Access, and Word.

Working knowledge of S&P Wall Street Office and or Allvue Everest preferred.

Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively.

Ability to work independently and follow projects through to completion.

Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and manage assigned priorities.

Flexible, open-minded, and receptive to diverse perspectives.

Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Education

Bachelor’s degree required.

Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
