Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team at [Company Name], a leading manufacturer of high-end packaging machinery and material handling systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in managing complex projects from start to finish, as well as a deep understanding of mechanical manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of mechanical manufacturing projects, from initial planning and design to final assembly and testing.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all project milestones are met on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure that all materials and components are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  • Monitor and manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to keep them updated on progress and any potential issues.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the mechanical manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical manufacturing processes, including CNC machining, fabrication, and assembly.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects from start to finish, on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desired Skills:
  • Experience with interacting with Customers to find what they are seeking.
  • Experience with Solidworks or AutoCAD
  • Experience with Six Sigma and/or other quality improvement methodologies.
