Quality Control Inspector
Join Our Team as a Quality Control Inspector!
Are you detail-oriented with a passion for ensuring product quality? We're seeking a dedicated Quality Control Inspector to join our team and help us deliver top-quality rupture discs and accessories that meet the highest standards.
In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining our commitment to excellence by inspecting products throughout the manufacturing process—from receiving parts to final inspection before shipment. Your keen eye and adherence to guidelines will help ensure our products meet all customer specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct thorough inspections of purchased parts, in-process items, and finished products to ensure compliance with drawings, work orders, and customer requirements.
- Perform receiving, first part, in-process, and final inspections using precision measuring tools.
- Route approved parts to the next processing stage and document any non-conforming items for proper handling.
- Calibrate, maintain, and track measuring equipment to guarantee accuracy.
- Record inspection data accurately and develop non-conformance reports.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold quality standards and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED; associate's degree in industrial technology or related field is a plus.
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong math and reading skills for precise measurements and documentation.
- Effective communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of certification standards, codes, and quality procedures.
- Familiarity with computer systems, including ERP software, Microsoft Windows, and Office Suite.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
Shift Details:
- 1st Shift: 7 AM – 3 PM
- Overtime available
