Loaner Technician I

Shift: Monday - Friday 12:00pm to 9:00pm

Pay Rate: $23:00 an hour

Location: Leesburg, VA



Brief Description

Entry level position focused on learning basic inventory and visual checks within the inspection process of spinal surgical sets. This person will also assist with various other responsibilities within VB's Loaner Operations.



Duties & Responsibilities

Unload daily shipments of incoming surgical sets

Train with a Loaner Specialist to gain knowledge of proper procedure

Develop an understanding of our ERP system (JDE)

Complete all new hire training modules

Maintain a minimum of four hundred parts inspected per day, averaged weekly

Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned



Requirements

Must be detail oriented

Good organizational skills

Goal Oriented

Ability to perform essential duties in accordance with FDA standards

Must be a self-starter who likes to work independently, but also a team player

Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite

Able to lift 50 pounds

Ability to read and understand detailed work instructions and Good Manufacturing Processes

Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
