Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Agile Procurement Associate (Junior Buyer) to join our Procurement Agile Team. This role will support high-value projects, negotiations, and cross-functional initiatives that directly contribute to our savings targets and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Support RFI/RFP processes, including data analysis and supplier evaluations

Assist in contract negotiations and price discussions

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess and fulfill procurement needs

Conduct market and supplier research to identify trends and innovations
-
Prepare and maintain documentation, presentations, and procurement reports
-
Support project management and procurement operations as needed
Minimum Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
-
1+ year of experience in a procurement or sourcing-related role

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)

Strong communication and negotiation skills
-
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
-
Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and within a team
