Job Overview:
We are seeking experienced Sr. Business Analysts / Data Visualization Specialists to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain dynamic reports, dashboards, and data visualization solutions that provide actionable insights to support business objectives. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into impactful visual data representations, leveraging advanced SQL, reporting tools, and data visualization techniques.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive, visually appealing reports and dashboards across multiple channels, aligning with core business objectives.
- Collaborate directly with stakeholders to gather and interpret reporting requirements, translating them into deliverables.
- Create clear, professional, and meaningful data visualizations suitable for diverse audiences.
- Understand business operations and key performance indicators to enhance analytic solutions.
- Produce wireframes and mockups to demonstrate proposed reporting solutions in fast-paced environments.
- Design, develop, test, document, and maintain complex database queries, stored procedures, and reports.
- Extract data inputs from internal and external sources, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Establish systematic reporting processes to deliver timely daily, weekly, monthly, annual, and ad hoc reports.
- Maintain and improve existing reports and dashboards to ensure ongoing relevance and accuracy.
- Troubleshoot data integrity and reporting issues proactively.
- Integrate various data sources to analyze customer behaviors, feedback, and identify service improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with Data Architects and ETL teams to facilitate data extraction, warehousing, and mart creation.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or 7+ years of related experience.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in information technology, sales & marketing, e-commerce, customer service, project management, or process improvement.
Desired Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3 to 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, Reporting Developer, or Analyst.
- Proven portfolio demonstrating data visualization and dashboard creation skills (online or printed).
- Expertise in designing and developing reports using Power BI, Report Builder, SSRS, PowerPivot, SAS, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Strong ability to present complex information concisely and visually appealing.
- Proficiency in developing complex SQL queries, scripts, and stored procedures within SQL or Oracle environments.
- Experience working with Data Architects and ETL teams to extract data and develop data warehouses/marts.
- Capable of transitioning reporting environments to Power BI.
- Passion for learning new visualization techniques, tools, and methodologies.
- Creative, responsive, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to own responsibilities and complete projects successfully.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
