Job Description:
Note: STEEL TOE BOOTS REQUIRED

Safety boots are mandatory for specific job tasks in Production, Distribution, Warehouse, and Sales operations.
-
All footwear must be a minimum of 6” in height. Low-cut shoes are not allowed. Temporary laborers are not eligible to order shoes from Lehigh; this service is exclusive to CCSWB associates.

Footwear must be puncture-resistant (Kevlar bottom).

Footwear must have a Class 75 protective toe (Steel or Composite Toe).

Footwear must feature slip-resistant soles that meet the required safety standards.
Foot Protection Requirements:
-
Footwear must comply with ANSI Z41 standards or the local country equivalent.

CCSWB Safety Footwear Specifications: Puncture-resistant (Kevlar bottom), Class 75 protective toe, slip-resistant soles that pass the Mark II LS-oily/wet test, and must be a minimum of 6” high.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-
Accurately pull orders based on pick tickets to prepare items for loading onto delivery trucks.

Use industrial power equipment to build orders according to assigned load tickets.

Manually lift and move products to restock and repack, ensuring accuracy with date codes and proper rotation.

Follow good manufacturing practices and safety standards.

Stage completed pallets in designated areas.
Qualifications:
-
High School diploma or equivalent.
-
Minimum of 6 months of general work experience.
-
Experience with a pallet jack and/or forklift is required.
-
Prior warehouse experience is preferred.

Ability to lift, carry, and position products (weighing up to 50 lbs.) above shoulder height without assistance.

Frequent kneeling, squatting, and reaching above the head are required.
-
Ability to push and pull manual and powered equipment (e.g., pallet jack, hand-truck) containing product loads for a minimum of 100 yards without assistance.

Ability to repetitively grasp and manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.

Ability to read information in small, medium, and large print.

Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
CCSWB Safety Specification:
