Job Details and Requirements Section
  1. Can you give us an overview of the project this resource would be working on and what the day-to-day activities would look like?
  • First line for HR support email or ticket support.
  • Launching a new initiate to use timeclocks at the manufacturing centers.
  • 60% of time spent in JIRA (15-30 tickets per day), 40% of time spent in Workday on new time and attendance project.

    • Covering maternity leave.
  3. How large of a team are they working on?
    • 12 People; Team is spread out between WA, AL, and FL

    • Business lead will travel on-site to FL to train the new resource.
  6. Will any of the following be required for this position: overtime, on call, weekends, off hours?
    • In addition to weekends, overtime is possible but not guaranteed.

    • Possible, but not guaranteed. The team will be accessing the need for this role throughout this assignment.

A standard day will involve a diverse range of activities including responding to HR inquiries, processing HR-related tasks, rectifying time clock discrepancies, assisting with onboarding tasks, providing onsite support to employees, and performing additional responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related fields
  • 1+ years of HR or customer support
  • Experience supporting HR general inquires
  • Case management experience
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
