Warehouse Worker - 1st Shift

1st Shift Warehouse Associate
Shift Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18.07/hr

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to support our recycling operations. This is a physically demanding role that requires frequent walking, climbing stairs, and lifting, including overhead lifting of empty boxes. The position involves working on a sorting line to separate cardboard and plastics, as well as operating a baler to compact materials. Additional responsibilities include driving a tugger, collecting recyclable materials throughout the plant, and assisting with general warehouse organization.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to walk extensively and navigate stairs repeatedly throughout the shift

• Comfortable working on a sorting line and handling various recyclable materials

• Able to lift and move empty boxes overhead and perform other physically demanding tasks

• Must be able to multitask and work well in a team environment

• Baler operation and experience with warehouse equipment is a plus

PPE Requirements:

• Steel-toe shoes (required)

• Safety glasses (provided if needed)

• Bump cap or hard hat (provided if needed)

• Gloves and ear protection (optional but recommended)
