Channel Sales Training Expert

We are looking for an experienced Channel Sales Training Expert to join our team! As a Channel Sales Training Expert, you will help our company grow by improving our channel seller's sales and negotiation skills. Channel sales are the significant driver of our company's success, so your position play a crucial role at our company.



Responsibilities

Contributes to and may lead the portfolio management process, which includes needs assessment, solution selection, design, development, implementation, reporting, and continuous improvement and innovation of learning solutions.

Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques; making support readily available; integrating support with routine job functions

Aligns development priorities with the needs of the company corporate and/or business/functions.

Manages and monitors results against project plans.

Performs cost-benefit and business impact analyses of alternative learning solutions.

Designs, plans, and ensures overall integrity/quality of global and regional curricula roadmaps

Supports the design and plan of multiple projects.

Provides leadership to multiple project teams as appropriate.

Achieves financial goals, operational goals, and assigned metrics.



Education and Experience



First level university degree; advanced university degree preferred or equivalent experience.

5-8 years in a sales training development role.

4-6 years' experience, including channel sales and the management of large projects



Knowledge and Skills



In-depth knowledge of channel training and sales process and best practices.

Advanced facilitation, content design, and consulting skills.

Advanced leadership, communication, time management, change management, relationship management, and project management skills.

Advanced project management and process development skills.

Advanced expertise working with cross-functional and global teams.

Expert ability to quickly understand and adopt new, complex tools, technologies, systems

Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
