Route Processing Administrator (TEMP)
Performs routine clerical duties in a Distribution Center in accordance with standard administrative office procedures.
Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
Experience:
- 0 - 2 years of general work experience
- Basic computer skills including Excel, Word and Powerpoint or related experience.
- 1 year of finance related experience in an office environment preferred.
- Excellent phone etiquette. Knowledge of multi-line phone systems.
- Accurate data entry. Strong organizational skills. Bi-lingual preferred.
- Standing 50% setting 50%. While at the window 8 hours standing.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and squat for extended periods
- Must have flexible schedule, when needed
- GENERAL PURPOSE
Performs routine clerical duties in a Distribution Center in accordance with standard administrative office procedures.
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES:
- Process driver paperwork, investigate errors in inventory and money, and partner w/ drivers and driver supervisors to correct errors.
- Maintain files for internal audit controls. Monthly/records retention
- Complete end of month procedures
- ACCOUNTS PAYABLE:
- Processing proof of delivery paperwork
- Maintaining data base of delivery paperwork to ensure timely payment.
- Managing customer mail check requests (validation)
- Conducting Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) review and tracking
- SETTLEMENT:
- Processing proof of delivery paperwork
- Maintaining data base of delivery paperwork to ensure timely payment.
- Count and balance monies received from drivers to submit daily deposits.
- Count and run up to 8 full-service routes a day
- ENGAGEMENT:
- Help the team facilities activities for the facility
- Prepare and distribute promotional apparel for employees
- Host employees for meals and meetings.
- Setup meeting space and coordinating events for functional partners, including but not limited to job fairs and holiday parties.
- ADHOC:
- PTO relief for peers
- Adhere to Federal/State/Local regulations, policies and safety guidelines
- Other duties may be assigned based on business needs or at the manager’s discretion
- QUALIFICATIONS
