Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact initiatives. This role is responsible for driving projects from planning through execution while ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead internal projects to ensure successful delivery within scope, time, budget, and quality standards
• Plan, control, and manage project execution across teams and stakeholders
• Coordinate efforts between internal teams and third-party vendors to deliver effective solutions
• Develop and implement innovative strategies to solve complex and sensitive business challenges
• Serve as a subject matter expert on advanced technologies, methodologies, and project management practices
• Influence and guide cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives
• Act as a spokesperson for specialized projects or programs
• Champion large-scale initiatives that impact long-term business goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of overall experience, including 5+ years in project management or similar roles
• PMP certification required
• Deep understanding of business success factors and project management methodologies
• Strong knowledge of operational policies, processes, and best practices related to project delivery
• Proven ability to manage complex projects across multiple disciplines
