SEM Analyst
Digital Marketing Associate
Pay Rate: $37/hour
Employment Type: Contract
Position Summary
The Digital Marketing Associate supports the execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns with a strong focus on paid search and online advertising platforms. This role will manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft (Bing) Ads, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and marketing performance through data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Search & Campaign Management

Execute and manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft (Bing) Ads platforms

Monitor campaign performance including CTR, conversions, CPC, and CPA
-
Optimize keyword strategies, bidding structures, and ad copy to improve campaign effectiveness

Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and targeting strategies
Digital Marketing Execution

Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels

Coordinate campaign timelines, assets, and deliverables

Ensure all campaigns align with brand guidelines and marketing strategy
Analytics & Reporting

Track and analyze marketing performance metrics using digital analytics tools

Generate campaign reports and provide insights for optimization

Identify trends and opportunities to improve marketing performance and ROI
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with internal marketing, product, and analytics teams

Support integrated marketing initiatives and campaign execution

Assist with ongoing marketing operations and project coordination
Required Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

Hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns using Google Ads and Microsoft (Bing) Ads
-
Experience optimizing digital marketing campaigns using performance data

Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar marketing analytics platforms

Strong analytical and reporting skills

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SEO and SEM strategies
-
Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation platforms
-
Experience running A/B tests and campaign optimization
-
Experience working in a technology or high-growth environment
