Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in a maintenance or service technician role (mechanical + electronic repairs)

The Maintenance Technician II supports the production of non-metallic piping products by performing mechanical, electrical, and electronic repairs on production equipment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving equipment reliability to minimize downtime and support continuous production operations.

• Maintain and repair equipment used for poly pipe production.

• Support installation, upgrades, maintenance, and inspection of control systems.

• Execute emergency troubleshooting on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to identify faults and resolve issues.

• Prepare detailed reports on machine faults, diagnostic findings, and maintenance schedules.

• Collaborate with teams to reduce machine outages and improve equipment performance and reliability.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• 3+ years of experience in an industrial electrical/electronic repair environment.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with complex machinery.

• Experience with:

  • PLCs

  • HMIs

  • VFDs

  • Controls electronics

  • CNC controls (preferred)

• Hands-on experience supporting automation systems in industrial/manufacturing environments.

• Ability to disassemble, diagnose, and safely reassemble equipment.

• Knowledge of predictive maintenance concepts and use of advanced diagnostic devices.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical issues into understandable information.
