Job Title: Mechanical Assembler
Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Mechanical Assembly & Maintenance Technician to support the assembly, maintenance, and reliability of specialized inspection equipment. In this role, you will work hands-on with mechanical systems, ensuring tools operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with required standards. This position requires strong troubleshooting ability, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe workshop environment.
Key Responsibilities

Perform mechanical assembly, maintenance, repair, and overhaul to ensure equipment safety and reliability

Conduct mechanical inspections to maintain compliance with required standards

Interpret system data to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues

Support initiatives aimed at reducing maintenance costs for in-line inspection tools

Work toward Level 1 and Level 2 competency across MFL, Gemini, TFI, and Caliper technologies

Ensure zero-deficiency workshop execution to support flawless field operations

Assist with root cause analysis to prevent recurring tool failures

Follow internal health, safety, and environmental procedures to maintain a safe and compliant environment

Promote and sustain 6S standards within the workshop
