Material Handler I
Position Title: Yard Material Handler
Pay Rate: $20/hour
Schedule:
-
12-hour shifts
-
6:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
-
11 days on / 3 days off rotation
Employment Type: Contract
Position Summary
The Yard Material Handler is responsible for supporting yard operations by loading and unloading equipment, staging materials, and preparing oilfield equipment for field deployment. This role works closely with multiple departments to ensure assets are properly organized, cleaned, and ready for service.
Key Responsibilities

Load and unload trucks with oilfield equipment and materials

Locate and verify equipment numbers for tracking and inventory purposes

Clean, organize, and stage equipment in the yard for upcoming operations

Prepare equipment for frac, wellhead, flowback, and other oilfield applications

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure equipment availability for service operations

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Assist with general yard operations as needed
Required Qualifications

Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts (days or nights)

Ability to work 11 days on / 3 days off schedule

Ability to lift and move materials and equipment as required

Strong attention to detail when identifying and staging equipment

Ability to work in an outdoor yard environment
