Pay Rate: Not specified
Duration: 12-month contract (6-month evaluation)
Schedule: Monday – Friday
• 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM OR
• 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Shift will be assigned at time of offer based on business need.
Hours: 40 hours per week with potential overtime
Position Overview
The Box / Label Associate is responsible for the packaging, labeling, and assembly of gas cylinder products and device kits in a production environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and compliance with GMP documentation requirements. The associate will support production operations by ensuring products are properly assembled, documented, and prepared according to established procedures.
Key Responsibilities

Box and label gas cylinder products in accordance with established procedures

Assemble product kits containing gas cylinders and related device components

Follow diagrams or instructions to ensure proper kit assembly and packaging
-
Complete GMP-compliant documentation using batch records and required production logs

Maintain compliance with OSHA safety guidelines and company safety protocols

Support additional production and packaging tasks as assigned by management
Work Environment

Onsite production / warehouse environment

Non-air-conditioned production area

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs required

No driving or working at heights required

Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required

Ability to follow detailed instructions and assembly diagrams

Ability to work in a production or manufacturing environment

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work tasks
Preferred Qualifications
-
Experience with GMP / GDP documentation

Experience assembling product kits or multi-component packaged products
-
Familiarity with OSHA safety standards
-
Experience working in an FDA-regulated or highly regulated industry
