Recruiting Coordinator
What You’ll Do

Manage high-volume scheduling for interview loops and recruiting-related events
-
Coordinate calendars across multiple stakeholders and time zones
-
Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process

Deliver an exceptional, respectful, and seamless candidate experience

Support recruiters with offer coordination and hiring logistics
-
Maintain recruiting data accuracy and run weekly and ad hoc reports
-
Respond to candidate questions related to benefits, compensation, and company information

Attend networking events and virtual meetups to promote the company brand

Partner with the recruitment team to improve programs and implement innovative talent strategies

Support cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, startup environment

Preferred Qualifications
-
1–2 years of high-volume scheduling or recruiting coordination experience
-
Experience managing complex calendars across multiple stakeholders
-
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build relationships
-
Customer-service mindset with a solutions-oriented approach

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Comfortable working with data and generating reports

Experience in a fast-paced or startup environment preferred
