Coordinator Project
Summary of Responsibilities
-
Supports cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives across the business unit.

Administers and maintains key business systems and databases, including SAP, document management systems (DMS), learning management systems (LMS), and other enterprise tools.

Develops and maintains business plans, departmental processes, and budget reports to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Coordinates and facilitates meetings, prepares and distributes meeting minutes, and monitors project schedules and deliverables.

Creates and updates Gantt charts, project charters, organization charts, spreadsheets, presentations, and various management reports to track project progress and trends.

Develops, documents, and maintains internal processes and procedures to support operational consistency.

Manages training logistics, including scheduling, room setup, and equipment functionality.

Provides analytical support for department projects and initiatives.

Serves as the budget coordinator for the business unit, managing tracking, reporting, and forecasting activities.

Oversees the purchase requisition process and handles personnel transactions such as requisitions, position changes, and employee action notices.

May be responsible for entering and adjusting employee timesheets and maintaining confidential employee records and training documentation.

Supports internal and external audits through accurate documentation and records management.

Assists Project Managers with project tracking using tools such as Clarity, MS Project, or other project management software.

Coordinates contractor hours, pay, and budget tracking as part of project management support.
Qualifications
-
Associate’s Degree required
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Experience supporting a department, functional area, or business operations

Background in budgeting and financial tracking

Strong time management and documentation skills

Proficient in SAP and document management systems
-
Prior experience in project coordination or management
-
Familiarity with project management software such as Clarity, MS Project, or Visio
