Warehouse Worker - Honda - 2nd Shift

Job Title: Warehouse Associate (2nd Shift)
Shift Hours: 5:00 PM to 1:30 AM
Pay Rate: $19/hr (+benefits!)

Job Duties:

• This 2nd shift spot will be for a warehouse associate.

• This entails a lot of walking, going up and down steps, and pulling trash bags.

• Lots of walking, please share and verify job description duties with candidates before submission.

• Bailer operations and working the sorting line of cardboard and plastic.

• As a warehouse team member, you will assist in supporting Honda's recycling efforts.

• A majority of your day will be spent gathering and sorting various types of material for recycling throughout the plant.

• As part of the process, you may be required to drive a tugger around the plant.

• You will spend time working on the sorting line, sorting cardboard from other materials for recycling.

• The sorting line requires standing, walking and climbing stairs.

• You will work with another team member(s) breaking down and baling large cardboard boxes and baling plastic tray and plastic sheeting.

• The person who fills this position must be able to multitask.

• It is a labor-intensive position with a lot of lifting empty boxes over your head, walking and standing.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):

• Steel Toe shoes

• Safety Glasses

• Bump cap or hard hat

• Gloves and Ear protection is optional

• Can provide Safety glasses and bump cap if needed
