Systems Analyst III
Systems Analyst III – SAP MM / MDG (Contract)
Pay: $75/hour
We’re seeking a senior Systems Analyst III with deep, hands-on experience in SAP Materials Management (MM) and Master Data Governance (MDG) to support enterprise-level procurement, logistics, and data initiatives. This is a highly technical, functional role requiring strong ownership, independent work, and direct collaboration with business and technical teams.
What You’ll Do

Configure and support SAP MM across procurement, inventory management, logistics, material planning, plants, storage locations, and stock transport orders

Lead SAP MM data activities including extraction, cleansing, mapping, migration, reconciliation, and mass uploads

Support project cutover, go-live, and hyper-care phases to ensure data integrity and system stability

Collaborate with BI and ABAP teams to create functional and technical specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, and enhancements

Troubleshoot complex SAP MM, MDG, IDOC, EDI, and batch job issues

Configure and support MRP procedures, cycle counting, inventory valuations, and stock movements

Prepare system documentation, user training materials, and deliver training sessions as needed
What You Bring
-
5–7 years of hands-on SAP MM configuration and functional experience
-
Strong background in procurement and logistics operations
-
Deep understanding of material master data views and downstream business impact
-
Experience leading MM data requirements on at least one end-to-end SAP implementation

Hands-on experience with IDOC and EDI mapping and troubleshooting (MATMAS, CLFMAS)

Proven experience with data cleansing, mass uploads, reconciliation, and ETL-related projects

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
SAP MDG Experience (Highly Preferred)

Implementing SAP MDG approval workflows, business validations, and derivations
-
MDG master data consolidation and business context viewer
-
MDG user interface customization
-
Familiarity with Fiori applications supporting Master Data Governance
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
-
At least one end-to-end SAP project as a primary functional resource for Materials Management data
